This 45-minute appointment offers dedicated time with a GP who has a special interest in menopause care. It is designed for women at any stage of their menopause journey, whether you are noticing early changes, navigating ongoing symptoms, or seeking a more thorough review of your current management.
Time is given to understand your symptoms, medical history, and personal preferences around management options. The aim is to provide clear, evidence-based guidance so you can make an informed decision about your care, with time to ask questions and address any concerns along the way.

This 45-minute appointment offers dedicated time with one of our Women's Health GPs, who are experienced in the recognition and management of premenstrual conditions, including PMDD.
It's suited to anyone wanting to better understand their cycle and interplay of hormones.
Premenstrual symptoms can include physical, emotional, or mood-related changes in the days leading up to your period, and have a significant impact on a person’s wellbeing.
PMDD can bring intense symptoms, including irritability, anxiety, and low mood, that are often misunderstood.
This often can be a more challenging time in the cycle for women with ADHD.
This appointment offers a safe, judgement-free space to talk openly about these experiences and feel genuinely heard. Management options will be discussed and tailored to your needs.

A 45 minute appointment with one of our Women’s health Gp’s for a comprehensive assessment of your bleeding patterns.
This is suited to a women at any stage of their life journey and suited for issues such as
- Heavy menstrual bleeding
- Irregular periods/PMOS
- Painful periods/endometriosis/adenomyosis
- Change in bleeding patterns in perimenopause
- Post menopausal bleeding
- Bleeding patterns on MHT/HRT
- Bleeding after Sex
Examination and further investigations may be required and will be discussed at the time of the appointment. -
A 30 minute consultation with our women’s health GP’s around your contraceptive needs.
Suitable for:
general discussion re contraceptive options
switching contraception
reviewing side effects
managing periods with sport or hobbies.
If you have more complex concerns, a 45 minute consult may be required

This is a 15 minute consult which allows you to discuss the type of IUCD (Mirena/Jaydess/Copper), procedure, timing and any questions your may have.

This will be guided by your doctor and related to your needs following your new patient consult.
We offer routine (15mins) and extended follow up (30mins) options pending on your needs. Telehealth may be an option -
Scripts are only done for relevant medications and we do not take the place of your regular GP service.
We are not an urgent service and scripts are processed within 2 business days.
Patients must have been seen in last 6 months or at the discretion of the prescriber
Controlled drugs are not prescribed.

A pipelle is a simple procedure done to investigate abnormal bleeding patterns. It is where a small biopsy is taken of the lining of the uterus.
It can be done in conjunction with insertion of an IUCD e.g Mirena.
If you have been referred by your GP, we like to have a pre-consultation which can be via phone.
Our Women’s Health Gp’s are experienced in pipelle and the necessary follow up and management.Please enquire for costings.
