Physiotherapist.

Grace is a Women's Health physiotherapist and is a co-director at Four Physio and Health. She graduated from the University of Otago in 2013, and has since completed further postgraduate studies in pelvic floor physiotherapy, as well as sports medicine.

She works closely with women of all ages in helping to restore and maintain their pelvic floor health and is experienced in managing a wide variety of conditions including pelvic pain, endometriosis, bladder and bowel concerns, prolapse and pregnancy/postnatal care. Grace is enthusiastic about the benefits of exercise and movement and enjoys working with her patients to achieve an active and healthy lifestyle.
