Kate is a New Zealand Registered Dietitian who’s passionate about helping clients use nutrition to feel better, manage symptoms, and understand their bodies. She loves working alongside clients to find realistic, evidence-based ways to support their health.

Women's Health concerns such as Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS), Endometriosis and pelvic pain, perimenopause
Pregnancy nutrition and hyperemesis gravidarum
Gestational, type 1, type 2 diabetes and prediabetes
GLP1 side effects and nutritional optimisation
Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) and other gut issues (including low FODMAP guidance)
Nutrition after bariatric surgery
Disordered eating and body image concerns
General dietetics concerns including deranged lipid profiles, general weight management advice
Kate has recently returned to New Zealand after working in NHS hospitals across Liverpool and London. There she gained experience in women’s health, diabetes, bariatric surgery (including pregnancy after surgery), maternal nutrition, gynaecology oncology, renal, and general medicine.
Before heading overseas, Kate worked across public health and private clinics here in Christchurch, supporting women with gestational diabetes and a range of women’s health conditions. She’s also worked in diabetes and chronic pain rehabilitation services.
Kate’s Clinics will be at at Juno Women’s health on a Friday morning from late April 2026!
